The OSPREY sensor is a high-performance laser Time-of-Flight (TOF) safety sensor developed for use with traffic/parking boom barriers, sliding gates, swing gates and automatic barrier systems. Unlike traditional loop detectors or infrared photocells, OSPREY requires no ground works or multiple units: one compact transceiver handles detection and barrier safety in one device. With superior sunlight and lamp interference immunity and easy installation, it delivers reliable pedestrian and vehicle protection.
